Seen through

I will see you some day
In your soulful gaze
In the bottle of your drink
In uncaring vulnerability
In mindful vanity
I will love you still

You will see me one day
In my crimson faze
In the nakedness of what I think
In unselfish hostility
In heavy uncertainty
I hope you will love me till

Author’s note

Hello. I hope you have been well since the last time we shared in this cosmos. I come with immense gratitude… and a poem of reflective hope.
Seen through expresses the particular moments we gaze at the other person and wish that as time unfolds reality there is a chance you will be able to truly see them. And see them true. Further, perhaps in these unique realizations we also silently hope that the person looking back somehow, in some way yearns for the same recognition. At the center of it all is a profound acknowledgment and hope; that just as we understand and believe in unchanging love for the other, they too pray for the same.
Much more could be said but until next time. Feel free to share in this cosmos by commenting, subscribing, sharing, liking or simply reading and maybe coming again. Have a blessed time until the next sharing. One of goodness and of love in abundance.
